Q: What advantages does stucco have over vinyl siding?
A: In addition to lasting longer than vinyl siding, stucco also stands up better to weather, insulates your home better, and reduces the amount of sound that comes in or out of your home.

Q: Can I paint my stucco?
A: Yes, but you shouldn't, and here's why: stucco needs to breathe, allowing moisture from the foundation to be released through the stucco. Also, you will create the unnecessary cost of sandblasting the paint off if you ever want to re-stucco your house.
